Job Overview

The Personal Training Sales Manager is a sales-driven leadership role responsible for driving personal training revenue within 1-2 clubs. This position is accountable for generating new personal training clients, maximizing revenue per member, and building a strong pipeline of consultations through disciplined outreach and follow-up.

This is a highly visible, performance-based leadership role. Success is measured by appointment generation, consultation delivery, close rate, session volume, and total personal training revenue. The PT Sales Manager works closely with the General Manager to align membership growth with personal training conversion and retention strategies.

This is not a behind-the-desk management role. The PT Sales Manager is the driving force behind our Personal Training Department. This role is a blend of leadership, mentorship, and hands-on coaching to ensure exceptional fitness experience for members and trainers.

What You Bring

  • A recognized Personal Training certification (ACSM, NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) OR bachelor's degree in exercise science/related field.
