Job description

The Legal Division of LHH Recruitment Solutions is pleased to announce that we have partnered with a very well known law firm located in the heart of Chicago in their search for a Senior eDiscovery Litigation Paralegal. On-point experience, education, and deliverables valued by our client are as follows:
  • 7+ years of experience in the litigation space. Common areas of litigation valued by our client include Insurance Defense, Medical Malpractice Defense, Labor & Employment Defense, Commercial Litigation, product liability Litigation, Securities Litigation, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience of assisting with all phases of Discovery and Trial Preparation
  • Supporting attorneys to manage preparing for depositions, gathering evidence, and conducting substantive legal research.
  • Experience summarizing depositions, summarizing medical records, summarizing employment records, etc.
  • Experience and a high level of proficiency with eDiscovery software is required. Must be proficient with understanding how to handle eDiscovery load files, and setting up eDiscovery software databases so that attorneys and others can review documents in addition to data processing and working with associated vendors.
  • A bachelor's degree and or an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
