Your Role:
As the Assistant Director of Clinical Services, you will p rovide operational leadership and support to the Clinical Services Department, assisting in the oversight of clinical programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day service delivery. This role also includes:

• Ensuring timely and compliant clinical documentation while supporting crisis response and staffing coverage .
• Operating under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
• Collaborating with the Director of Clinical Services to maintain high-quality, trauma-informed care across programs, with a focus on long-term treatment planning, behavioral programming, and family engagement in the RTC setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral health field such as psychology, social work, counseling, etc.
• At least three to five years of clinical work experience
• License in Virginia for LCSW, LPC, or Clinical Psychologist
