As a leader in sustainable materials, advanced technologies, and wellness-oriented living environments, Whisper Homes LLC offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. Develop and manage the construction department’s budget, including forecasting project costs and controlling expenses to stay within financial limits.

Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, and contractors, ensuring favorable terms that protect the organization’s interests. Serve as the main point of contact between various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and contractors, to maintain alignment on project goals and expectations. Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
