Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion Coordinate and supervise construction teams, subcontractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved. Develop and manage the construction department’s budget, including forecasting project costs and controlling expenses to stay within financial limits.

Negotiate contracts with architects, vendors, and contractors, ensuring favorable terms that protect the organization’s interests.
