Job description

Executive Director (Assisted Living) – The "Uncontested" Market Leader

In most senior living markets, you are fighting five other buildings for every single move-in. In this small gem in Nevada, the story is different. We are looking for a leader for a 65-bed community that is the only senior living destination in town. This isn't a turnaround—it’s a high-performance play. This community has already proven it’s a winner!

Now, we need an Executive Director who has the mentality of the "Chief Sales Officer." The community was recently renovated and staffed by a care team that treats residents like family. We don't need someone to fix clinical chaos; we need a high-energy "Captain" who loves the hunt and knows how to lead a team with charisma.

Why You Want This Role:

  • The "Dream" Clinical Partner: You are inheriting a Wellness Director with 12 years of tenure who runs a tight ship. You can focus on growth and culture, knowing the care is covered.
  • Uncapped Upside: Between occupancy commissions and quarterly bonuses, your earning potential is limited only by your own drive.

The Mission:

  • Rebuild the Vibe: We need a strong "Walk-Around ED" who can build morale and get everyone pulling in the same direction.
  • Own the Town: You will be the face of senior living in this town, building the community relationships that keep this building at 100%.

The Requirements:

  • MUST HAVE: Active Nevada

Sales DNA: You must be a charismatic leader with a background in sales or a strong operational leader who genuinely enjoys the "outreach" part of the job.
