Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and polished Medical Office / Patient Access Representative to support a busy healthcare environment. This role will involve significant patient interaction, appointment scheduling, insurance and demographic updates, and high-volume inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate patient office visits
  • Confirm patient appointments
  • Update patient insurance and demographic information
  • Perform accurate data entry using Epic/EMR systems
  • Handle a high volume of inbound patient calls
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service to patients
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience working in a medical/healthcare setting
  • Experience with EMR software; Epic experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
