SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Production & Design team. This onsite role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong Microsoft Excel skills and is interested in building a career path into Production or Product Development.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage their own workload, prioritize competing tasks throughout the day, and maintain a high level of accuracy when working with large datasets. This position provides valuable hands-on experience organizing and maintaining operational data that supports business decisions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data in internal systems and spreadsheets
  • Review and validate data to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy
  • Process PO/Invoices
  • Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve or escalate as needed
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines throughout the day while maintaining data accuracy
  • Maintain organized documentation and follow established data standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support reporting and operational data needs
ABOUT YOU
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, functions, & formatting tools
  • Ability to manage your own workload and prioritize competing responsibilities
  • Self-starter who works effectively with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
NICE TO HAVES
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support or reporting support
  • Experience working with large datasets or operational spreadsheets
