Job Summary:
Country Inn & Suites is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Morning front desk agent to join our team. The Front Desk agent will oversee the front desk operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and perform end-of-day financial reconciliation to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and other inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
  • Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain the security of the hotel during the morning shift, ensuring the safety of guests and staff.
  • Monitor and respond to phone calls and emails as needed.
  • Assist with setting up the breakfast area, if required, for the morning shift.
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and hotel management software (training will be provided).
