The Marketing Assistant provides creative and administrative support by producing digital content, capturing and editing video and photos, assisting with social media management, and supporting the execution of marketing campaigns. This position also performs a variety of administrative duties to support the daily operations of the Marketing team. Essential Functions Creates, captures, and edits high-quality video and photographic content for use across digital platforms, social media, websites, presentations, and other marketing materials.

Assists with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives to increase awareness of departmental programs, services, facilities, and special events. Assists in the development, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of social media content across platforms to support marking objectives and increase community engagement. Supports the creation of digital and print marketing materials by assisting with graphic design, copywriting, and content development.

Assists with on-site coverage of departmental programs, community events, and special events by capturing video and photo content. Provides administrative support to the Marketing team as needed. Performs related duties as assigned.

Education/Experience Work requires knowledge of marketing, communications, digital media, social media, or related creative fields. Experience in marketing, communications, digital media, videography, photography, social media management, graphic design, or a related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong written & verbal communication skills, confidence with engaging with diverse audiences, self-motivation, and the ability to be an enthusiastic team player.
