Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Control M Support Analyst to manage job schedules and monitor job execution. The role involves designing job schedules, resolving errors, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Designing, creating, and managing job schedules, including dependencies and data processing tasks.
• Utilizing Control-M monitoring to track job execution in real-time, resolving errors and investigating root causes.
• Installing, upgrading, and patching Control-M components (Servers, Agents) on Windows/Unix environments.
• Managing user authorization and ensuring audit requirements are met through centralized control.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Strong knowledge of Control-M Enterprise Manager and Control-M/Agent.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripts, Windows PowerShell, or Python.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis (RCA) on job failures.
