Job Duties
As a Batch Operator, you will:
  • Operate, set up, and monitor mixing and cooking equipment to produce batches that meet recipes and quality standards
  • Prepare, mix, and process ingredients according to established formulas
  • Assist in deviation investigations, including inspections, swabbing, sample pulls, and documentation
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Quality teams to maintain product quality and compliance
Schedule
2nd shift: Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. $26.26 per hour
3rd shift: Monday through Friday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. $26.76 per hour
Pay
$26.26 per hour-26.76 per hour
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in a regulated food manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
  • Experience operating or monitoring production or batching equipment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
