Job description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Inside Sales & Client Service Representative who will be responsible for driving outbound B2B sales, driving new clients, servicing existing doctor and clinic accounts, and managing relationships within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will schedule appointments, promote our post-surgical recovery garments, and ensure ongoing support for doctors, clinics, and hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers to introduce and promote our recovery apparel.

  • Schedule and manage appointments with doctors, clinics, and hospitals to discuss product offerings and partnerships.

  • Service existing accounts by providing exceptional customer support, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and addressing any concerns or inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals, procurement teams, and clinical staff.

  • Promote and educate healthcare providers and patients on the benefits and features of our recovery garments.

  • Provide product training and support to doctors and clinic staff, ensuring they understand how to effectively recommend and use the garments.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver product samples, educational materials, and follow up on orders and requests.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, follow-ups, and service calls in the CRM system.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and client service, preferably in the medical or apparel industry.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.

  • Excellent customer service mindset, with the ability to provide ongoing support and problem-solving for clients.

Our products are designed to effectively target maximum compression to primary surgical sites. We also offer elegant pre-operative consultation (exam) garments designed to enhance the patient’s pre-op consultation experience. Our products are completely assembled in our manufacturing plant in Clarkston, GA, right outside of Atlanta.
