Job description

Ambassador Personnel is searching for an outgoing and driven Business Development Manager to join our Tuscaloosa team. This position offers a competitive salary plus commissions, excellent benefits, and a car allowance.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for establishing new business relationships by B2B cold calling in person, by email, and with daily phone calls. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills are a must. The Business Development Manager will work closely with other team members to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture client relationships

Prepare and manage sales reports

B2B Cold calling

Meet weekly sales communication requirements with prospective clients

Meet quarterly sales goals

Work closely with other team members

Attend morning and afternoon team meetings

Maintain daily detailed sales notes
