If you are an engineering professional or technical specialist looking to escape the isolation of a standard CAD board or the burnout of a cold-calling sales grind, this direct-hire career track offers an ideal professional balance. • Apply fundamental mechanical principles to analyze client data, troubleshoot process challenges, and deliver optimized equipment proposals.
  • Utilize advanced, automated software platforms to generate, refine, and deliver precision technical quotes rapidly.
  • Partner cross-functionally with internal sales and engineering divisions to solve complex manufacturing bottlenecks and suggest value-engineered system designs.
  • Maintain detailed project files and configuration records to ensure seamless handoffs to the production floor.

  • 1+ years of heat transfer experience
  • Excellent communication skills, with a genuine enjoyment of consultative problem-solving and full comfort managing a steady flow of technical client calls daily.
  • A rock-solid, progressive work history that demonstrates long-term reliability and dedication with past employers.
  • Strong Plus: Prior exposure to heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, or industrial process equipment.
  • Proximity to the facility, with the requirement to reside within a dependable daily driving radius of the Menomonee Falls area.
