Do you have the experience to join us as a Sales Manager at Ancira South Park Nissan? If you are experienced in the Automotive industry, you already know our credentials. South Park Nissan is a successful, high performance dealership that believes in earning customers for life with every interaction we have and opportunity we are given.
Income Range: >$120,000 per year expected; Commission
Schedule: Management is expected to PUT THE CUSTOMERS FIRST. This being said, the work schedule is 5 Day Workweek 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.; 1 day off during week; Closed Sundays

Responsibilities
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve dealership goals
  • Drive sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction
  • Ensure consistent execution of sales processes and best practices
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Internet, and Business Development teams
  • Utilize dealership systems and reporting tools to manage performance and strategy

Qualifications
  • Strong personal belief in treating customers well and doing business the RIGHT WAY - EVERY DAY; we want to earn Customers For Life
  • Experience in Automotive Sales, Finance, BDC, and/or sales management expected
  • Automotive Leadership/Management experience and proven track-record a plus
  • Demonstrated longevity and stability with prior employers
  • Strong working knowledge of CDK, V-Auto, and VinSolutions (required)
  • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills required
  • Favorable Driving, Criminal, and Credit History required
