Job description

Bradford Marine & ATV is seeking an Experienced full-time marine/powersports technician to perform service and assembly on Boats, PWCs, ATVs, Motorcycles, and Side by Sides. Basic tools are required and all specialty tools will be provided. A certified technician is preferred but not required.

Pay will be hourly PLUS commission, based on experience.

Benefits include paid time off, major medical insurance, HSA, and 401k with Match all after waiting period.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marine & Powersports Technician or similar role.
  • Knowledge of marine engines, outboard motors, and powersports equipment.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with various marine and powersports systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
  • Proficient with specialized tools and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Certification or formal training in marine and powersports mechanics is a plus but not required.
