Eligibility Criteria
  • A Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited U.S. institution is required.
  • International graduates may apply if they possess a permanent certificate from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates.
  • A valid medical license to practice in the United States, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico is necessary.
  • Eligibility for board certification is required.
  • Applicants must be between 21 and 42 years old.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for Active Duty positions.
  • Permanent U.S. residency is necessary for Army Reserve officers.
