Job description

ABOUT APPLIED BIOLOGICS

Since 2010, Applied Biologics has been at the forefront of regenerative medicine — researching, developing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced wound care biologics that improve patient outcomes. Our flagship XWRAP® product family is a line of amniotic membrane-derived allografts used across acute and chronic wound care settings, including diabetic foot ulcers, venous and pressure ulcers, surgical wounds, and burns.

Backed by active clinical trials, peer-reviewed publications, and a growing product pipeline, Applied Biologics is building a world-class commercial team to match the pace of our science.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a proven, results-driven Senior Sales Representative to build and develop a high-performing territory. This is a role for a seasoned professional with deep advanced wound care roots — someone who knows how to cultivate physician relationships, navigate hospital and outpatient environments, and drive adoption of a clinically differentiated product line.

If you have spent years in advanced wound care and are ready to represent a product backed by real science and a company that is genuinely invested in your long-term success, this is the opportunity you have been looking for.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Build and develop a high-performing sales territory through strategic physician, hospital, and wound care clinic engagement.

Drive adoption and utilization of the XWRAP® product family across acute and chronic wound care settings.

Develop and execute a Territory Success Plan aligned with Applied Biologics commercial objectives.

Manage all key accounts, including wound care centers, hospitals, SNFs, and physician offices.

Maintain timely and accurate CRM records; submit weekly territory activity updates.

Participate in Executive Success Reviews at 60, 120, and 180 days.

Represent Applied Biologics with professionalism, clinical expertise, and commercial integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

The following are strict requirements — candidates without these qualifications will not be considered.

✓ Advanced wound care sales experience

Direct experience selling wound care products in physician, hospital, wound care clinic, or SNF settings is required.

✓ 5+ years of medical device or biologic sales experience

A demonstrated track record of commercial success in medical sales.

✓ Established physician and hospital relationships

Active relationships with wound care physicians, podiatrists, surgeons, and/or hospital system decision-makers.

✓ Clinical proficiency

Ability to educate healthcare providers on complex medical products with confidence and credibility.

✓ Self-directed and entrepreneurial

This role requires initiative, autonomy, and the ability to manage a territory independently.

WHAT APPLIED BIOLOGICS OFFERS

Competitive base salary and performance-based commission structure.

Full benefits package.

Remote / territory-based role — autonomy to manage your schedule and build your business.

A growing product pipeline backed by active clinical trials and peer-reviewed publications.

Structured 180-day Applied Commercial Success Program with executive-level coaching and support.

A company culture built on accountability, integrity, and collaboration.

HOW TO APPLY

Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply directly. Please include a resume and a brief summary of your advanced wound care sales experience and current or most recent territory.
