The National Account Manager, Amazon - US Stationery is responsible for driving profitable growth and leading the strategic business relationship between BIC and Amazon within the US Stationery category. This role owns the development and execution of Amazon business strategies, including sales growth, annual business planning, assortment optimization, forecasting, promotional execution, and customer relationship management.

As the primary owner of BIC's US Stationery business on Amazon, this role is responsible for delivering strong financial results while building a strategic partnership with Amazon's Vendor Management teams. The National Account Manager leverages marketplace insights, consumer trends, category analytics, and customer knowledge to identify growth opportunities, optimize BIC's assortment, improve operational execution, and enhance the online shopper experience.

This role partners closely with Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing, Brand, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, Customer Supply Chain, and Amazon teams to maximize BIC's presence, performance, and competitive position within the US Stationery ecommerce marketplace.

What You'll Do:

  • Own BIC's US Amazon Stationery business strategy, delivering revenue growth, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans with Amazon, including sales targets, promotional strategies, assortment plans, innovation launches, and growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with Amazon Vendor Management teams to drive category growth and maximize business opportunities.
  • Manage the financial performance of the Amazon Stationery business, including forecasting, sales performance, trade investment, promotional effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Analyze Amazon business results, category trends, consumer insights, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and develop actionable growth strategies.
  • Optimize assortment strategy by evaluating product performance, identifying portfolio opportunities, and ensuring BIC's Stationery portfolio meets evolving shopper needs.
  • Lead commercialization and execution of new product launches on Amazon, ensuring alignment across content, inventory, pricing, promotions, and operational readiness.
  • Partner with Ecommerce and Digital teams to improve digital shelf performance, including product content, search visibility, ratings and reviews, and conversion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Supply Chain teams to improve operational performance, including forecast accuracy, inventory availability, fill rates, and Amazon supply chain execution.
  • Negotiate and manage annual vendor agreements, business terms, and strategic investments with Amazon.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Amazon programs, capabilities, and emerging marketplace trends to accelerate growth.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Brand, Revenue Growth Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to execute business priorities.
  • Monitor category trends, competitive performance, and marketplace changes to proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Amazon Stationery, sharing marketplace insights and best practices across the organization.
  • Continuously improve business processes, reporting capabilities, and analytics to enable faster decision-making and stronger execution.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience managing national accounts, ecommerce businesses, or strategic retail partnerships within a consumer products, retail, or related industry.
  • Proven experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and driving growth within a major ecommerce marketplace.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon's retail ecosystem, including Vendor Central, digital shelf optimization, search, content strategy, retail analytics, and marketplace operations.
  • Experience managing a large-scale retail account with ownership of sales targets, forecasting, negotiations, and business planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze business performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence Amazon partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Ecommerce, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand teams.
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing revenue, profitability, and customer investments.
