Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative to join our successful Sales Team. If you have a proven track record of sales experience and fantastic communication skills, we want to hear from you. As a Sales Representative at MTW Aerospace, you will grow our customer base by identifying potential customers, keeping in touch with existing customers, and making sure that everyone has a positive purchasing experience. You will respond to parts requests, answer questions about parts, and facilitate order fulfillment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales experience, with an interest in the Aviation Industry.
 
Responsibilities 
  • Respond to customer contacts for parts requests
  • Create a professional environment that builds rapport and puts customers at ease
  • Answer customer questions about aircraft parts, part fitment and application, and order process
  • Utilize Company Sales software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive sales
  • Use strong negotiation skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction 
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; College graduates are welcome to apply
  • A valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record are required
  • Prior sales experience in an Inside Sales setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time and serve customers with little supervision
Compensation:
  • New Sales Representatives start at a negotiated hourly rate during the 3-6 month training period
  • Once training is complete, Sales Reps are paid on a straight Commission schedule.
