Home Health RN (Registered Nurse)

A Home Health RN (Registered Nurse) is a licensed medical professional who visits patients in their homes to provide comprehensive nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, vital signs monitoring, health assessments, and patient education, while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare providers to manage a patient's health plan within their home environment; essentially focusing on maintaining a patient's independence and quality of life at home.
