Adept Auto Repair

Location: Madison, AL 35756
Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends
Pay: 100% commission
Earning Potential: $60,000–$120,000+ annually

About Adept Auto Repair

Adept Auto Repair is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Madison, AL, offering $60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential through a 100% commission pay structure. This Monday–Friday position has no weekends and is designed for a service professional who can build customer trust, create structure, and support ethical, education-based sales in a fast-moving repair environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Explain repair recommendations clearly to customers
  • Prepare accurate estimates
  • Manage repair workflow from customer intake through completion
  • Coordinate communication between customers and technicians
