Food Service Staff at the Oneida County Jail in Rhinelander

At Correct Choice Inc., we’re seeking dedicated Food Service Staff to ensure excellence in meal preparation and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Train in food preparation and tray assembly.

• Ensure timely and efficient meal service, adhering to production plans and safety guidelines.

• Participate in meal preparation and serving, maintaining portion control and dietary requirements.

• Maintain compliance with security policies, including tool and equipment management.

• Uphold sanitation standards and HACCP policies for proper food handling procedures.

• Assist with inventory, receiving, storage, and ordering of food and related items.

• Prepare work schedules and ensure adherence to operational procedures.

Benefits We Offer

• Competitive starting pay at $17-$20/hour.

Hours are Monday-Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday and Sunday 5 AM to 12:30 PM

• Ability to motivate and supervise team members and be a team player.

• Strong judgment, independence, and adherence to safety procedures.

Physical Requirements

This role may include extended walking and standing, occasional bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and require uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
