Location: In-office full-time based out of either Louisville, KY or Boca Raton, FL

Reports to: Manager–Project Management

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or brand environments
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a sharp attention to detail
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional creative projects
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Solid understanding of creative and production workflows (print, digital, social, design)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; calm under pressure and solution-oriented
Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning, execution, and delivery across campaigns, content, digital assets and brand initiatives
  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring teams are aligned on key milestones, deliverables and deadlines
  • Proactively communicate any shifts or changes in project plan to keep teams informed and on track
  • Act as a bridge between the Brand Studio and other team pillars—marketing, operations and commercialization—translating needs in both directions
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to a high standard
  • Manage risks, escalate issues, and course correct as needed
  • Manage external vendors or freelancers when needed
  • Maintain documentation, briefs and timelines in Monday.com
  • Facilitate kickoffs, stand-ups and recurring status meetings

The base salary range for this position is dependent on experience and location. The final offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, and qualifications. This position may be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units (subject to company plans).
