The individual will help drive launch readiness, governance, accountability, and value realization while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.</div><div class="ql-align-justify">The successful candidate will demonstrate strong project management, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, along with the (CPG).</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Strong project management, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience with stage-gate processes and commercialization methodologies.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.</li><li class="ql-align-justify">Ability and
