What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate at our Kansas City, KS warehouse, you will play a key role in our daily operations by ensuring accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory processes. This is an opportunity to be part of a supportive team that values reliability, hard work, and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect inbound freight; report any damage
  • Use barcode scanners to verify and track shipments
  • Sort, count, package, and prepare materials for shipment
  • Operate industrial-powered lift equipment (hi-lo)
  • Conduct and assist with inventory counts
  • Resolve inventory discrepancies with team support
  • Wrap and balance pallets per shipping requirements
  • Restock inventory per warehouse guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of warehouse experience preferred (but we'll train the right person!)
  • Experience with hi-lo or forklift equipment (stand-up reach forklift a plus)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good manual dexterity and attention to detail
