Job description

FSG is a leading provider of low-voltage solutions and is looking for long-term, career minded individuals to join a growing team in the San Antonio area. FSG offers employee a comprehensive suite of benefits including medical/dental insurance, 401K, and robust PTO plan.
As a Structured Cabling Technician, you will be responsible for pulling, testing, and terminating copper and/or fiber optic cabling in a construction environment.
Compensation is based off experience, skill sets, and industry certifications.
  • The ideal candidate will satisfy the following requirements and qualifications:
  • At least 6-months experience as a commercial low-voltage technician
  • Possess a High School Diploma or GED
  • Have their own reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Be able to work dayshifts, nights, or weekends, if needed
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least six months of installation experience
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass drug and background screen
  • Industry Certifications such as BICSI are a plus
  • Manufacturer training certifications, (CommScope, Panduit, etc.) are a plus!
  • OSHA preferred
