SOLAR PROJECT COORDINATOR
Seeking a powerhouse residential and commercial Solar Project Coordinator to join our awesome project management team! We are a leading, award winning, second generation solar and back up power provider based in beautiful Sebastopol, California. We are seeking an outstanding Project Coordinator to oversee and support project success and provide day-to-day administrative, operational and customer support to meet objectives, timelines and goals.

ABOUT THE ROLE
  • Manage and coordinate the tracking, management and successful completion of solar, battery, generator, and electric projects, from inception through completion, utilizing cloud based PM and CRM systems, spreadsheets, and reporting systems, ensuring projects on-track, on-time and within budget, and total customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure clear communications with team, customers, vendors and key stakeholders to help identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives and make certain that customer needs are met.
  • Help prepare project proposals, contracts, timeframes, schedules and budgets.
  • Manage and coordinate project scheduling to ensure smooth completion, including organizing and scheduling site visits, installations, deliveries, service calls, inspections and appointments.
  • Prepare and track project documentation and reporting for compliance, due diligence and financials.
  • Maintain flexibility to support office administration and organization including phones, filing, data entry, errands, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experienced Project Coordinator (3+ Years) with experience in fast paced solar installation and/or construction environments, a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of NEC codes with emphasis on residential PV installations preferred
  • Positive, grounded, customer and service oriented with a strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Value driven, self-motivated, reliable, accountable, highly organized and detail oriented, committed to excellence.
  • Excellent organizational, management and planning skills. Able to manage the details while keeping an eye on the big picture to meet goals and objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills (both written and verbal).
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively to bring the highest levels of service, quality and care.
  • Creative and fast thinking problem solver. Able to troubleshoot and streamline existing processes, procedures and systems.
  • Passion for renewable energy, sustainability, community and local economy
  • Knowledge of basic office management systems and procedures, including G-Suite, MS Office/Excel. Some experience with Project Management and CRM systems, Docusign, scheduling software, virtual meetings, etc.
  • Driver's license and good driving record.
  • Some Spanish a plus.
