Location: Nashville TN , USA
Overview: A well-respected insurance firm in Nashville is looking for a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/client service manager. This role involves managing and servicing a portfolio of commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously. This position includes flexible work-from-home opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • In-depth understanding of Property and Casualty commercial accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries regarding policies and coverage.
  • Skilled in marketing and quoting new business and renewals, ensuring competitive coverage/cost ratios for clients.
  • Familiarity with various carrier underwriters and online rating tools.
  • Manage and organize information for account renewals.
