Responsibilities
  • Realizar reparaciones generales (electricidad básica, plomería, pintura, gypsum).
  • Atender órdenes de trabajo de forma oportuna.
  • Inspeccionar áreas para identificar necesidades de mantenimiento.
  • Manejar herramientas y equipos de forma segura.
  • Diagnosticar y resolver problemas básicos; escalar situaciones complejas.
  • Mantener organizados materiales y áreas de trabajo.
  • Apoyar en tareas operacionales y emergencias básicas.
  • Brindar un servicio respetuoso y eficiente al cliente interno.

Qualifications
  • Experiencia en mantenimiento general (electricidad, plomería, reparaciones).
  • Conocimiento en uso de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
  • Conocimiento básico de seguridad.
  • Capacidad para trabajo físico y múltiples tareas.
