Job description


Role Description The Real Estate Closer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gulf Shores, AL. This position is responsible for coordinating residential and commercial real estate closings, including preparing and reviewing closing documents, ensuring accuracy of contractual agreements, and verifying compliance with firm and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and title companies; managing escrow funds; ordering and reviewing title work and title insurance; and scheduling and conducting closing appointments. The Real Estate Closer will also resolve issues that arise prior to closing, maintain organized files and records, and provide professional, client-centered service that aligns with the firm’s values.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills related to contractual agreements and contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and interpreting real estate contracts.
  • Candidates should possess skills in executing closings, including coordinating closing activities and preparing accurate settlement statements.
