Key Responsibilities
  • Perform electrical installations and daily electrical tasks independently on commercial and industrial job sites.

  • Install and bend conduit including EMT, Rigid, and PVC (½” to 4”) using hand, electric, and hydraulic benders.

  • Install wiring, electrical panels, lighting systems, and related electrical components.

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.

  • Follow strict safety protocols including PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Collaborate with project managers, contractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently.

  • Utilize electrical testing equipment to identify and resolve issues.

  • Provide professional communication with customers, team members, and management.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, updates, and compliance reports.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of electrical work experience; Journeyman Electrician license strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial or industrial wiring experience preferred (candidates with at least 2 years may be considered depending on experience).

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to commute or relocate to Fulton, MO before starting employment.

  • Experience with PLCs, controls, VFDs, and soft starts preferred.

  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.

  • Proficiency with electrical hand tools and power tools.

  • Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding tasks including climbing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.

  • Ability to wear required PPE including safety glasses, gloves, and hard hats.
