Gallet, a Swiss watchmaker with a long heritage dating back to 1685, is known for its in-house manufacturing of high-precision movements and timekeeping modules for luxury brands. Manufactured by Breitling, it combines two centuries of adventure-driven history with Breitling's craftsmanship, industrial expertise, global network of distribution, and after-sales service.
Position Summary:
The Gallet Sales Operations & Brand Coordinator for Gallet US & Canada supports the successful commercial execution of Gallet in North America by serving as the primary operational liaison between the Brand, Sales Planning & Operations, and cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Gallet US GM, this role ensures the seamless coordination of product availability, inventory management, sales support, merchandising, and operational initiatives across wholesale and retail channels.
Working closely with the Sales Planning & Operations team, Regional Account Executives, Regional Managers, Logistics, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, and Retail partners, the position helps drive business performance through effective communication, accurate reporting, proactive inventory management, and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in supporting the successful launch and long-term growth of Gallet in the North American market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Sales Support & Commercial Operations
  • Support wholesale and retail partners with product availability, pricing, product information and order inquiries.
  • Prepare and process sales orders, replenishment proposals and returns.
  • Collaborate with Regional Account Executives & Retail Regional Managers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Monitor open orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Support new product launches and seasonal collections.
  • Execute pricing implementation across wholesale, retail, and eCommerce channels, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate pricing strategies.
  • Support the execution of commercial initiatives developed by Gallet Headquarters in Switzerland and local Brand Management, ensuring successful implementation across the U.S. and Canadian markets

Merchandising & Inventory Management
  • Manage wholesale and eCommerce assortment planning, product allocation, and replenishment to ensure optimal product availability and support commercial objectives.
  • Monitor eCommerce inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support online sales performance.
  • Analyze sell-through performance and inventory levels.
  • Recommend stock transfers and replenishment strategies.
  • Manage consignment and memo inventory.
  • Coordinate product availability for launches.

Business Analysis & Reporting
  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly sales, inventory, and stock performance reports.
  • Analyze sales trends, sell-through, inventory performance, and product availability to support business decisions.
  • Monitor KPIs and develop actionable insights to improve commercial performance.
  • Assist with forecasting, assortment planning, and inventory optimization.
  • Maintain accurate product and customer master data.

Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the operational point of contact between Brand Management, Sales Planning & Operations, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Retail teams.
  • Coordinate the implementation of commercial initiatives developed by Gallet Headquarters in Switzerland and local Brand Management, ensuring consistent execution across the U.S. and Canadian markets.
  • Ensure timely communication of product availability, delivery timelines, assortment updates, and operational priorities.
  • Facilitate information flow between departments to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively coordinate solutions across teams.
  • Support cross-functional project management for new initiatives.

Process Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows.
  • Standardize operational processes.
  • Develop reporting tools.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.

Customer & Partner Experience
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale accounts.
