Job description

At Liberis, our mission is to empower small and medium-sized businesses by removing finance as a friction to growth, delivering contextual, embedded financial solutions to support merchants at every stage of their business lifecycle.
The Team
As a Marketing team, our job is to deliver best-in-class communications and frictionless customer journeys. We think creatively about how to have valuable conversations with our customers and make sure they understand our products.
You'll join a dynamic, fast-paced, innovative team made up of enthusiastic and experienced marketers. You'll help drive leads, revenue, and partner growth through campaigns, content, channel development, and commercial marketing initiatives.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering marketing strategy in collaboration with our partners. You'll drive top-of-funnel expansion through innovative campaigns, channel development, content strategy, and commercial ownership of partner performance.
How Success is Measured: This role is measured on partner growth, lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, product performance, and the ability to proactively identify, prioritize, and execute opportunities that drive commercial outcomes. Successful candidates combine strong marketing execution with commercial ownership, data-driven decision making, urgency, and initiative.
Lead Generation & Acquisition
  • Maximize lead generation performance across Liberis' global partner portfolio, continually optimizing for both volume and quality. Develop and execute acquisition strategies that support partner growth and contribute directly to commercial objectives.

Campaign & Channel Growth
  • Develop robust, data-backed campaign strategies across owned and partner channels. Relentlessly test, optimize, and identify new opportunities to expand market reach, improve performance, and increase acquisition efficiency.

Commercial & Marketing Performance Ownership
  • Act as the marketing owner for assigned partners and product lines, taking accountability for lead generation performance, campaign effectiveness, customer engagement, and contribution to commercial growth.
  • Regularly analyze performance data, identify opportunities and risks, and develop recommendations that improve results. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of performance metrics and the ability to translate insights into action.

Strategic Initiatives
  • Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to execute high-impact initiatives that unlock meaningful growth opportunities, including partner activation programs, lifecycle marketing strategies, sales enablement initiatives, and new product launches.

Content Planning Leadership
  • Lead structured quarterly content planning cycles, consolidating learnings, campaign performance, customer insights, and partner feedback to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with sales, partnerships, product, and senior marketing stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, objectives, and execution. Build strong relationships across the business and confidently influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.

What We Think You'll Need
  • Proven professional experience in partner marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or a related B2B marketing discipline (we anticipate this to be 5-7+ years).
  • Agency experience or experience within a high-growth technology, SaaS, fintech, or scale-up environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience analyzing marketing performance data and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive initiatives from concept through execution.
  • A proactive mindset with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

What happens next?
Think this sounds like the right next move for you? Or if you're not completely confident that you fit our exact criteria, apply anyway and we can arrange a call to see if the role is fit for you. Humility is a wonderful thing, and we are interested in hearing about what you can add to Liberis!
