Job Details Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial and business litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and legal memoranda.
  • Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
  • Work directly with clients while providing practical legal advice and strategic guidance.
  • Identify issues proactively and independently drive cases forward.
  • Collaborate closely with firm leadership on sophisticated litigation matters.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of commercial or business litigation experience.
  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia (or eligible for admission).
  • Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience drafting substantive motions and managing discovery.
  • Strong courtroom presence or a genuine desire to gain more litigation experience.
  • Someone who naturally takes ownership rather than waiting for direction.
