  •  As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of leasing agents, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure effective leasing strategies are implemented and leasing goals are met.
  •  Develop and implement leasing strategies to attract and retain tenants for residential or commercial properties.
  •  Market available units through various channels such as online listings, social media, and advertising to reach potential tenants.
  •  Respond promptly to inquiries from prospective tenants, providing information about available properties and scheduling property tours.
  •  Conduct thorough screenings of prospective tenants, including background checks, credit checks, and rental history verification.
