Landscape Maintenance Technician

Location: Rose Hill, KS
Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Landscape Maintenance Technician to join our growing commercial landscaping company. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and are looking for a long-term career with opportunities to advance, we'd like to hear from you.

This position focuses on maintaining commercial properties to the highest standards through mowing, landscape maintenance, and other seasonal services.

Responsibilities

  • Operate commercial zero-turn mowers, string trimmers, edgers, and blowers.

  • Perform weekly mowing and property maintenance on commercial accounts.

  • Trim around buildings, trees, sidewalks, and landscape beds.

  • Maintain a clean appearance of all assigned properties.

  • Assist with shrub trimming, pruning, mulching, bed maintenance, and seasonal cleanup.

  • Help with landscape installation and irrigation projects as needed.

  • Safely load, unload, and care for company equipment and vehicles.

  • Follow company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance while representing the company.

  • Work efficiently as part of a team while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Previous commercial landscape maintenance experience is required.

  • Experience operating commercial mowing equipment.

  • Strong work ethic with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day.
