Gordie Boucher Ford of Kenosha is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Commercial Fleet Representative to join one of the fastest-growing commercial vehicle operations in Southeast Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to work with local businesses, municipalities, contractors, and fleet operators to help them find transportation solutions that keep their organizations moving. If you enjoy building relationships, developing new business, and creating long-term partnerships, we want to hear from you. Our Commercial Fleet team provides businesses with access to industry-leading Ford trucks, vans, fleet management solutions, upfit services, financing options, and dedicated after-sale support.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and commercial fleet clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial vehicle sector to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to coordinate vehicle orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
  • Provide expert guidance on vehicle specifications, financing options, and maintenance plans tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and client recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and fleet inventory management.
Requirements
  • Self-motivated professional with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Sales experience preferred (automotive, commercial, fleet, B2B, construction, transportation, equipment, or related industries).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
