Job description

We are hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager / Processor to handle quoting, processing, and account management for small / medium sized business clients.

This is a high-volume, fast-paced role. You must be able to manage multiple accounts at once, work efficiently, and follow a structured process.

Responsibilities:

  • Quote and process commercial policies (GL, WC, Auto, Property)
  • Gather and verify client information
  • Work with carrier portals, acord forms, applications, and brokers to obtain quotes
  • Manage multiple submissions and follow-ups
  • Bind policies and maintain accurate files

Requirements:

  • Active P&C License
  • Commercial insurance experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and stay organized

This is an in-office role. Not remote.
