This role is ideal for professionals seeking to advance their careers in a dynamic and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Investigate and assess auto insurance claims across various segments, including Bodily Injury, Personal Injury Protection, Property Damage, Payment Adjustment, Appraisal, and Special Investigation Units.Determine coverage, valuation, and exposure for claims.Resolve claims efficiently and fairly.Collect and analyze statements from involved parties.Maintain accurate claim reserves.Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:High School Diploma or G.E.D.6 months of claims handling or intake experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.Active insurance adjuster’s license preferred; must obtain and maintain as needed.Strong customer service and communication skills.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.This role is onsite, providing an opportunity to work closely with our team and clients.
