Job description

Start immediately. Growing General Contractor in north FL seeking an experienced professional Commercial Construction Working Superintendent for projects in the SE US. Positions available immediately in FL and the SE US. Commercial experience a must. PEMB preferred. Restaurants, gas stations, and retail. Ground up experience. Travel required. Must be a highly motivated person with a minimum 5 years in a superintendent role in restaurant/retail construction. Requirements: ability to schedule and multitask, read construction drawings, must be computer literate, experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, strong decision making skills. Must be a self-starter with the ability to supervise multiple trades, Client focused and a team player. Respond w resume, salary requirement and project list. Pay depends on experience.
