SERVICE TECHNICIAN At intuitive AV our mission is to provide the best quality and results when it comes to Audio and Visual electronics. Intuitive AV, previously known as Audio Trix Home Theater, has been creating happy customers since 2002. With that in mind we focus on not merely providing the best quality product and installation but provide a better user experience by making these systems Intuitive and simple to use. We then follow that up with a healthy dose of customer support. We professionally install a wide variety of products, from new flat panel TVs to a complete surround sound entertainment system for residential and commercial customers. We are looking for tech savvy and motivated Technicians and system designers. Ideal candidates will have good hands-on skills and industry knowledge and a desire to succeed and grow in this fast-paced technology driven industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Demonstrates attention to detail, thoroughness, and accuracy of daily work.
· Helps to direct workflow and communication of customer needs, wants, issues or concerns between customer and appropriate Intuitive AV staff.
· Demonstrates initiative in providing customer service and resolving problems.
· Responds effectively and efficiently to potential customers in a professional and timely manner and maintains optimal customer satisfaction.
· Take quality installation pictures (front and back) of all installations for promotional and warranty use.
· Provide demonstration of new equipment to customer and answer any questions before leaving customer.
· Consistently fills out and maintains daily vehicle paperwork and any requested installation documents.
· Responsible for overall cleanliness and organization of provided company vehicle.
· Participates in training meetings for new products and updates.
· Demonstrates an attitude of teamwork and cooperation, and uses good communication skills in interfacing with peers, staff and in resolving conflicts.
· Displays a professional appearance and practices good personal hygiene.
· Contributes to a positive company identity within the community at large.
· Abides by all company rules and policies at all times when representing the company by wearing uniform and or driving company vehicle even if after normal company hours.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Demonstrates knowledge of low voltage installations and best practices
· General working knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction as needed for post construction installations
· Demonstrates ability to work well alone and in a group
· Effective written and oral communication
· Strong planning and organizational skills
· Self motivation, d-tools system design software, Microsoft word and excel, basic networking and internet skills.
· Compensation:
o Position is Salary based on skill level, knowledge and performance.
o Company Vehicle provided Lead Installer (Must have good driving record and valid GA driver’s license)
· Education Experience & Other:
o High School diploma or equivalent required.
o Control4 Certification is required.
o PCNA Certification is highly preferred.
o 2 years’ experience in the home theater and/or commercial audio video industry required.
o Technician is to supply his/her own basic hand tools, screw guns for daily installations.
