As our electrical division continues to grow, we are seeking a strong field leader to drive performance, quality, and accountability on our job sites.

About the Role

We are looking for a Licensed Electrical Superintendent with strong commercial construction experience to oversee field operations and lead crews on active job sites. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, coordination, and execution of electrical work while maintaining strong relationships with General Contractors and project teams.

You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in full compliance with code and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily field operations for commercial electrical projects
  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Perform and verify material take-offs and assist with procurement planning
  • Ensure all work meets NEC code requirements and project specifications
  • Coordinate directly with General Contractors, project managers, and other trades
  • Attend and actively participate in job site meetings
  • Organize, schedule, and line out field crews for daily production
  • Monitor productivity, manpower, and job progress to meet project timelines
  • Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
  • Mentor and develop electricians and apprentices in the field

Required Qualifications

  • Active Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License (Required)
  • Proven experience in commercial electrical construction
  • Experience in a supervisory or foreman-level role
  • Strong understanding of NEC code and compliance requirements
  • Ability to read plans and perform material take-offs
  • Strong communication skills with ability to manage GC relationships
  • Valid Texas driver’s license with clean driving record

Preferred (Not Required)

  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Experience with large-scale commercial, municipal, or school projects
  • Experience building or scaling a field team
