Tecta America South Florida is a commercial roofing contractor in Deerfield, Florida. We can repair or replace any type of commercial, industrial, and institutional roofing in Florida. We are looking for experienced Commercial Roofing Service Technician in Hialeah, FL!

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary:
You will be responsible for investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.
Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:
  • Removal and installation of all types of roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope (tile/shingles)
  • Roof maintenance and repairs
  • Perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Maintain professional interaction with all customers.
  • Completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as needed

Commercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • 2+ Years experience leading commercial roofing crews
  • A valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50+ pounds regularly
  • Must be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditions
  • Ability to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.
  • Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.
  • Technology savvy.

Working Conditions:
  • Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.
  • Physical Effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting not to exceed 50 pounds
  • Travel: Local, up to 1 hour away
