General Construction Laborer - Hiring Immediately

Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, with overtime opportunities available.

We are currently hiring General Construction Laborers to support commercial construction projects throughout the Colorado Springs, CO area. As a General Construction Laborer, you will play an important role in keeping projects running efficiently and safely. Daily responsibilities include loading and unloading construction materials, performing demolition work, cleaning and preparing job sites, digging and trenching, grading work areas, moving materials, and operating basic construction hand tools. You will also assist carpenters, concrete crews, and other skilled trades while following OSHA regulations and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions and be willing to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday.

Qualified applicants must have a minimum of six months of continuous commercial construction experience working with a licensed commercial contractor. You should have basic knowledge of construction hand tools, the ability to lift 25 pounds or more, reliable transportation to and from the job site, and a strong commitment to attendance, punctuality, and workplace safety. All employees are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while on the job and must be able to pass a background check and drug screen before starting work.
