Job Description

  • Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams.
  • Monitor project costs, quality, and schedule performance.
  • Identify project risks and develop proactive solutions.
  • Review plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.
