AFM is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collection Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of agents, ensuring both internal and client work standards are met, facilitating ongoing development, and exceeding assigned revenue targets.

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure both internal and client work standards are met
  • Monitor agent work efforts throughout the day; proactively address & resolve deficiencies
  • Interpret KPI’s and provide ongoing training and development
  • Audit account-level activity and provide constructive feedback and instruction
  • Evaluate calls to ensure compliance and negotiation effectiveness
  • Meet and exceed monthly recovery goals

Qualifications:
