Job Description AV Technician Level III - Audio Visual Integration Raleigh, NC Join Next Level Technician as an AV Technician Level III in Raleigh, NC! - Lead installation of audio visual systems from rough-in through final commissioning
- Perform rack assembly, equipment placement, mounting, and wire terminations
- Pull, route, terminate, and test AV and low voltage cabling
- Read and interpret AV drawings, schematics, and construction prints
- Lead mid-sized projects and assist with larger project execution
- Assist in developing and executing project plans
- Troubleshoot and diagnose AV system issues
- Perform basic DSP configuration and control system updates
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites
- Provide clear communication and updates to project managers and installation teams
- Submit accurate and detailed daily reports
- Train and mentor Level I and Level II technicians
- Provide end-user training and system handoff to clients
- Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards
- 3-5+ years of commercial AV installation experience
- Experience working as a lead technician or taking ownership of projects
- Strong knowledge of AV systems, signal flow, and installation practices
