Job description

  • Lead cross-functional project teams in designing and developing high-quality client deliverables
  • Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines
  • Perform key data analytics tasks supporting internal teams and clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project scope, approach, and development strategies
  • Analyze data, synthesize findings, and develop actionable insights
  • Communicate results to internal and external teams
  • Independently manage projects, client communications, meetings, and timelines as a primary point of contact
  • Develop and optimize data processes, using coding as needed for efficient data handling and reporting
  • Coordinate with global and diverse teams for seamless project execution
  • Participate in business development and internal firm initiatives
  • Mentor and guide junior team members and oversee their professional development
  • Provide thought leadership and guide internal stakeholders toward project success in pharmaceutical and life sciences commercial projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree with at least 4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry
  • Good understanding of pharmaceutical commercial functions, including Data Management, Sales Operations, Commercial Analytics, and BI/Reporting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with advanced expertise in Excel
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI highly preferred
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with proven complex problem-solving ability
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational, time management, and project management skills
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical-sector data analytics best practices
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
