Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy E-Commerce Specialist to support our online sales operations across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart totaling more than $12 million annually. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing, pricing consistency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction across all sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
  • Update website content to reflect current rebates, sales, and promotions.
  • Monitor order flow and address issues across Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Walmart using an ecommerce connector.
  • Manage orders through an ecommerce connector and correcting any errors to ensure timely fulfillment. Monitor and reconcile inventory levels across platforms; enter adjustments as needed.
  • Manage product returns and issue refunds.
  • Support stock replenishment processes across channels, ensuring product availability. Quantities are uploaded automatically through a connector.
  • Assist with inbound sales calls and provide accurate product and order information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in e-commerce operations or multi-channel retail preferred.
